RRCC Foundation Scholarship Program

Applications due by March 5, 2020 at Midnight. Anything submitted afterwards will not be accepted. Scholarships for Fall 2021/Spring 2022

Requirements include minimum GPA of 2.0, must be Colorado resident, and eligible to attend Red Rocks Community College.

The Red Rocks Community College Foundation is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization devoted to supporting Red Rocks Community College in its commitment to students, learning, and excellence. Since 1993, the Foundation Scholarship Program has aided over 3,000 students realize their dreams of going to college. The RRCC Foundation offers a wide variety of scholarships based on both need and merit. An applicant’s grades, academic and professional goals, financial need, community service, and special circumstances are all evaluated in the awarding process.

  1. The majority of Foundation Scholarships consider financial need. The Foundation collects information about your overall financial picture to assist in determining financial need, including household, expenses and income. Even though a small number of awards are based only on merit, financial information is REQUIRED from all applicants.

  2. REFERENCE 1: Please provide the name and email address of a non-family reference who can speak to your strengths. Good choices for this field include teachers, college staff, faculty members, supervisors, or community leaders. You should not list another student as your reference. Remember to alert your reference that you submitted their name to the scholarship application on AcademicWorks. Please verify your reference's email address is correct when entering, this can't be changed once the application closes.
